Important Update: Changes to Telephone Line Opening Hours

Please be advised that from 23rd June 2025, our telephone line opening times will be amended as follows:

• Phone lines will be closed daily from 12:30pm to 1:30pm
• Phone lines will close at 6:00pm each evening

These changes are being made to help improve service efficiency and allow our team dedicated time for essential administrative tasks and staff training.

During these times, patients will still be able to contact the surgery via eConsult and email.

We thank you for your understanding and continued support.

If you require urgent medical assistance when our phone lines are closed, please contact NHS 111 or, in case of an emergency, dial 999.
