The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a national NHS feedback measure that captures patients’ views on their care and treatment. It provides services with real-time insights into patient experience, enabling them to monitor performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
Since its launch in 2013, it has collected over 75 million responses, making it the world’s largest source of patient opinion, with results published monthly to help drive ongoing improvements in care.
