We would like to thank our patients for their understanding during this current COVID situation. Our telephone lines are understandably busy, due to patients being isolated. There are other ways to get in touch with us. Please use Systmone online for repeat prescriptions, you can also use the secure form on our website www.thepantonpractice.co.uk or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please use our e-Consult option on our website to submit any medical concerns and a GP will respond to your query. You can also use this for any administrative request like sick notes. We are using video consultations, so you may be asked to register with ZOOM to enable a video consultation to take place If the GP feels this appropriate. It would be beneficial to register for ZOOM in readiness.
If you are asked to attend the surgery for an appointment, please be aware we are asking you to wait outside and the Clinician you are seeing will come and call you. We are doing this to keep our staff and patients safe and adhere to the 2 metre distancing guidance.
